Hamilton Auto Repair

I would like to say that Main West KalTire was friendly, very clean environment, the service was quick and Rob was amazing for getting quotes to me on a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

Prompt, pleasant and efficient

I purchased new winter tires and they were installed on my car . They were ready for me when I arrived and the installation was completed quite quickly. The employees have always been very pleasant and helpful.

All good!

courteious, efficient, safe (re Corid-19 pandemic), knowledgeable service!

Another excellent experience at KalTire. Had scheduled an appointment and when we arrived our vehicle was taken in on time, serviced and returned to us very quickly and professionally. When I arrived, I had an additional concern with the tire pressure warning light randomly coming on. Happy to report that my question was investigated and a mechanical solution was explained in clear, concise, "layman's", terms that I was able to understand. Always professional in manner, with excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, followed by their commitment to keeping everyone safe out on the highway.
